Rendezvous is our fully accessible hub, where adults with disabilities and/or neurodiversities can access a range of great services and support, including diverse social day activities, fitness and rehabilitation and trips out. We provide support for all physical disabilities and neurological conditions, as well as for families and carers. The hub is very much like a family, with a warm welcome and a smile for everyone.
Our vision is to enable those with disabilities to lead fulfilling lives. We provide social activities that encourage interaction and offer chances to develop new skills and interests in a fun setting.
We offer neuro-rehabilitation sessions, physiotherapy and fitness for adults with disabilities. Sessions happen in our specialist treatment areas, including our neurological gym, fitness studio, and accessible hydrotherapy pool. Explore our interactive facilities map for more details.
There are self-service tea and coffee-making facilities and a tuck shop.
