Previously called Pulse, this club is all about fun and friendship, helping young people enjoy independence! Our day centre buzzes with activity Monday to Friday in our Rendezvous building, offering younger adults a vibrant mix of fun, social, and engaging experiences every week.

It is open to those with a learning disability, physical disability, or neurological condition. Access is provided after White Lodge's assessment. Young people plan their activities with staff, discuss their interests, and participate in group sessions to ensure enjoyment for all.

Amazing facilities

The club is based in our funky Pulse den, which features a music area, air hockey, and breakout areas. Other facilities include an art room, a fitness suite, landscaped gardens, and an accessible kitchen and café.

Great opportunities

This social environment offers swimming, dance, cookery, and fitness for health, and encourages creativity through art, craft, drama, and music.

Getting out and about

We visit great places nearby using public transport and our vehicles. This lets us explore the community and develop travel and social skills. Trips include the cinema, bowling, shopping, swimming, pub lunches and visiting places like the zoo.
