What is the Superhero Tri?
The Superhero Tri is a triathlon with a difference... all about inclusion, teamwork and an unforgettable day out.
Teams take on a swim, cycle and run, but every team must include at least one person with a disability. From there, it’s completely flexible – Superheroes can do as much or as little as they like, supported by their team of Sidekicks (friends, family or colleagues).
Anything goes to get around the course, floats, boats, trikes, bikes, wheelchairs, walkers… if it helps you move, it’s welcome!
Time to get involved
- Sign up as a team (deadline 12 July 2026), places limited – first come, first served!)
- Pledge business sponsorship by 12 July 2026
- Volunteer as a Sidekick, swim, bike or cheer roles available. Join our Red Army for an unforgettable day

Teams will be asked to raise £800 per team in fundraising.
