Fundraising Events Volunteer
We want to take White Lodge to our community by raising greater awareness of who we are, where we are, and what we do. To achieve this, we are looking to build a bank of enthusiastic volunteers who can represent White Lodge at local fairs, fetes and other fundraising events.
Tasks include: We will need people to help us set up and run promotional stalls, hold a bucket for collections, and cheer and encourage our brave participants in events like the London Marathon or the Superhero Tri.
We'll supply the promotional T-shirts and materials, but we need manpower to help deliver our presence. We don't expect you to commit to all events; attending a handful would make a big difference. Once you are on the bank of volunteers, we'll contact you regularly to let you know what events we need help with. It's fun, and you don't need to commit regularly.
Can Collectors
Did you know that on average, one collection placed in a local shop or business will accumulate £41 in loose change?
We are looking for volunteers to help us increase the number of collection cans in the community - not only do they raise vital funds, but they also raise immeasurable awareness. If you can find time to place 10-20 cans in your community, replace them, and bring the full cans to White Lodge 2 to 3 times a year, we would love to hear from you.
